Go beyond the glass and into the shop where they have rebuilt the set from the Christmas advert and you can explore the three different room sets for free. This year all eight of the Fortnum & Mason Christmas windows are themed around food and drink. As the 'Masters of Merry' since 1707, Fortnum's has set up a veritable feast in its windows. A turkey - complete with paper hat - bursts out from a giant cracker, a Christmas tree made entirely out of Champagne glasses, a metallic lobster and a herd of flying mince pies... the windows are full of motifs showing food and bubbles which can be bought in-store. Fortnum & Mason has, indeed, mastered the art of merriment.
