National Mourning
The UK will observe National Mourning until the funeral on 9 April 2002. The Royal Family will be in mourning until 19 April, after Princess Margaret’s Memorial Service. During this time, The Queen and other members of the Royal Family will carry out official engagements, although some may be cancelled or postponed.
