The venue is putting on a special six-course tasting menu for the occasion with refined dishes such as poached lobster with clementine bisque and aged Hereford beef rib with fried polenta and foie gras sauce on the menu. Guests can choose between an early sitting from 6pm-8pm (£95pp) or a late sitting from 8.30pm (£198pp, includes a glass of champagne). For drinking and dancing, head up to the 38th-floor bar and roof terrace where there will be live entertainment, drinks and views across London. Guests visiting for dinner will also be invited to join in on the celebrations at the bar and terrace while there is also the option to book this separately.
