Japanese Part owned by Robert de Niro, with an ultra swish New York counterpart, Nobu occupies the minimalist and elegant surrounds of the Metropolitan Hotel. A firm favourite with the music, media and fashion crowd it’s worth trying to get a table. The food, a fusion of Japanese and South American, is innovative and flavoursome.
