London area of N7 guide
What to do and where to stay in London's N7 neighbourhood
Holloway forms the heart of the N7 district and is one of the most densely populated and multicultural areas of London. A pulsating residential, business and shopping district, Holloway is fortunate to have a large number of luxury development projects taking place as the area sets about a modernisation process. Home to the large Andover housing estate, the district is the residence of choice for many artists and people who work in the media and is also a prominent hotspot for many London graffiti artists. Arsenal Football Club has a large presence in the area with the 60,000-capacity Emirates Stadium, which was completed in 2006, taking up location to the north. During the Second World War, Holloway experienced intense bombing, due to its proximity to Kings Cross railway station.
