Abigail's Party at Menier Chocolate Factory. Mike Leigh's 1970s suburbia-set comedy drama, in which a drinks party descends into a night of revealing prejudices and rising tempers. Olivier award winning actress Jill Halfpenny features as Beverly, who hosts the party along with her husband Laurence. Directed by Lindsay Posner.About Menier Chocolate Factory
Housed in a former chocolate factory, this innovative theatre is rapidly establishing itself as one of London's best. Since opening in 2004, it has had half-a-dozen West End transfers, most of them slick revivals of recent plays and musicals, including Sunday in the Park With George, Dealer's Choice, and Little Shop of Horrors.
