Alexander Armstrong at The Hippodrome. On a break from his 'Pointless' TV presenting job, Alexander Armstrong returns to his original career as a comedian, performing sketch and stand-up with some music thrown in at London's Hippodrome for five nights only.

About The Hippodrome

Most Londoners have a feeling of nostalgia when they see The Hippodrome, a famous and historic Grade II listed building adjacent to Leicester Square. What was once an impressive theatre by renowned Victorian theatre architect Frank Matcham, first opened in 1900, it struggled to find a role for itself in recent years (having spent the 80s and 90s as a famously awful nightclub).
