The majestic Marjanishvili Theatre company from Tbilisi, Georgia returns to the Globe with its humane and unforgettably poetic production of Shakespeare's As You Like It. Performed in Georgian with scene synopses in English, this "irresistible, exquisite, charming" (The Guardian) production was part of last year's ground-breaking Globe to Globe event in the World Shakespeare Festival. Featuring a flurry of leaves, umbrellas, balloons and comedy sheep, this five-star production received a standing ovation last summer and will make a welcome return to the stage in 2013.

Globe to Globe 2013: Venus & Adonis, King Lear, Indian Tempest, As You Like It. Special offer: buy top-price tickets to all four productions and get 50% off.

About Shakespeare's Globe Theatre

This replica of the Shakespeare's 16th century theatre, reconstructed just 200 yards from its original site, is the brainchild of American actor and director Sam Wanamaker. Built in wood and thatch, using techniques from 400 years ago, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre opened in 1996. More about Shakespeare's Globe Theatre
