Runners of all levels are invited to take part in the Big Fun Run at Crystal Palace, a 5 km run aimed at raising money for a range of charities. The run starts at the Crystal Palace Athletics Stadium before heading out through the scenic grounds of Crystal Palace Park. Runners will then experience a true grandstand finish as they re-enter the stadium for the finish. The run is part of a growing series of 24 Fun Runs across the UK, with a second London-based run taking place later in September at Victoria Park. Entry is ?12 for adults and ?6 for children, and while fundraising is optional, participants are encouraged to try and raise ?50 for a charity of their choice or for one of the Big Fun Run's partner charities.
