Bill Bailey: QualmpeddlerThe stand-up, panel show regular and all-round comic genius, Bill Bailey, performs his inspired mix of surreal music numbers and inventive off-the-wall humour about his doubts about the modern world. His live show, Qualmpeddler, comes to London's Kew Gardens as part of Kew the Music with support from legendary London rockneys, Chas and Dave. When he appeared in London's West End with his Dandelion Mind show The Times described it as "a consistently inventive mix of sociopolitics, art history, anthropology and astrophysics, it may well be his best show yet!" Bill appears on numerous TV shows and recently hosted the two part BBC2 documentary, Bill Bailey's Jungle Hero, in which he retraced the steps of his unsung hero of the natural world, Alfred Russel Wallace. But he's at his best doing his live comedy and musical mash-ups.

About Kew Gardens (Royal Botanic Gardens)

Since the 18th century, these extensive gardens have been the spiritual home of botany in England, if not in Europe. From the cooling glades of the British Woodland Garden to the pulsating humidity of the exotic Palm House, the delicate beauty of the Rose Garden to the soothing tranquillity of the Waterlily House, at Kew you can witness over 40,000 plants embarking on a fascinating journey through their annual cycles - flowering and fruiting, growing and resting.
