The Brandenburg Baroque Soloists are joined by the Vivace Chorus for a night of Vivaldi in Trafalgar Square's St Martin-in-the-Fields as part of the Spring Choral Festival. The programme includes the composer's famous works Four Seasons and Gloria - conducted by Jeremy Backhouse and with Persephone Gibbs on violin - and will be performed in candlelight at the atmospheric West End venue. A second concert in which the Cardiff Polyphonic Choir performs Rachmaninov's Vespers will follow at 9.30pm (£18) with a combined ticket available (including a complimentary glass of wine from the Café in the Crypt) for £37. For a full programme and more information on the Spring Choral Festival go to the official site.
