Brilliant: Fevered SleepBrilliant by Fevered Sleep is a magical theatre piece which combines movement, live music and imagery to reveal the magical imaginings and secret games which happen when the lights go out. The final part in a trilogy of projects made for children, Brilliant is inspired by the rituals and games of everyday life. The first part of the trilogy, Feast your Eyes, was a modern fairy tale about food, which had at its heart an image of mealtime. And the second, Rain Falls Down was all about water. Brilliant is what happens when it's time for bed. For children aged 3 to 5.

About The Young Vic

Knocked together out of breeze blocks for a minimal budget in 1970, Lawrence Olivier's experimental theatre was intended to last for five years, and provide an inspiration for the new generation of performers. But this was an experiment that worked and, years later, the Young Vic remains south London's premier venue for the contemporary, the shocking, the controversial, and the bizarre.
