Elmgreen & Dragset: Powerless Structures, Fig 101Elmgreen & Dragset: Powerless Structures, Fig 101Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset, an artist duo based in Berlin and London, have brought a bronze sculpture of a child on a rocking horse to The Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square. Setting this small child alongside the great military heroes who occupy the neighbouring plinths challenges notions of victory and defeat.
