| Take a tour of over twenty historic churches throughout the City of London with commentary and historical anecdotes from tour guides who are well qualified to comment, being members of the City of London Guide Lecturers' Association. Tours depart from the Christopher Wren designed St Mary Aldermary on Bow Lane, facing Cannon Street and next to Mansion House Tube station, at 10.30am and 1.30pm. You'll discover that there's an impressive number of Grade I and Grade II* places of worship within the Square Mile. This walk focuses on churches in the west side of the City while a second walk, on Wednesday 10th July 2008, takes in the east side.
