From the creators of La Soiree comes Club Swizzle, a summer of outrageous cabaret, air-defying acrobatics and infectious musical entertainment at the Roundhouse. Making its UK and European premiere, the production presents a new show backed by a live band and taking place around, across and above a fully functioning bar in the middle of it all. They promise 'the wildest bar in town' with acrobats, troubadours and cabaret queens led by special guest host and Cafe de Paris regular Reuben Kaye.
About Roundhouse
It's great to see this fabulous arts venue re-open its doors after a stunning refurbishment. Boasting a colourful history, the Roundhouse initially started life as an engine shed. It was later transformed into a bonded warehouse for Gilbey's Gin before Arnold Wesker the playwright came along in 1964 and established Centre 42 here, insisting it became one of the most cutting-edge performing arts venue in the country.
