About The Hideaway

A much welcome addition to Archway and its environs, bar/club/live music venue/pizzeria The Hideaway seems to do it all - which is what you'd expect from a place brought to you by the people behind Hoxton's excellent steakhouse Hawksmoor. Upstairs, a recently refurbished bar is great for drinking beers, wine of cocktails and relaxing with your friends, with delicious thin 'n' crispy stone-baked pizzas ("the best this side of foreign" according to The Observer) cooked on an open oven and a Mediterranean-style vine covered garden around the back (which will indubitably prove a hit in the summer).
