Day of Dead FestivalMexican restaurant Wahaca will be introducing London to the Day of the Dead Festival this November. Taking place at the Old Vic Tunnels, there will be four days of music, food, art and film to celebrate this traditional Mexican holiday. The tunnels will be transformed into a temporary Wahaca street kitchen and Mezcalaria bar, where bartenders will be serving Tequila-based cocktails. Nestled further in the tunnels will be the Theatre of Dolls who create other-wordly visual experience using puppets as storytellers and their own bodies as sculptural landscapes. Further festivities include: live music, Mexican art and daytime family fun.

About The Old Vic Tunnels

The Old Vic Tunnels have now been taken over by the House of VANS. The Old Vic Tunnels are an underground labyrinth of tunnels that offer a unique venue space for club nights, gigs, exhibitions and film screenings in their underground cinema. More about The Old Vic Tunnels
