William Lietzau leads a fascinating talk at the London School of Economics on the question of how we treat terrorist suspects, both in this country and abroad. A former Marine Corps colonel, Judge Advocate General Corps, legal advisor to the White House and current political appointee with the title of US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Rule of Law & Detainee Policy, Lietzau provides a unique perspective to the topic at hand. The event is free and open to anyone with no ticket required and entry on a first come, first serve basis.
