Energizer Night Run
THIS EVENT ENDED ON THE 13TH APRIL 2013
Nearby

The UK's first official Energizer Night Run invites runners to 'Light up your Night' in London's Battersea Park on Saturday 13th April 2013. There's a 5km or 10km illuminated route so you can choose which distance is more suited to your level of fitness. Every participant gets a free LED headlight - battery powered by the event's sponsor - and you're encouraged to don your brightest running togs. After crossing the red carpet at the finish you'll not only get a medal but you also get to dance (if you've got the stamina) at an after party at Battersea Evolution, fuelled by a complimentary (energy?) drink.
About Battersea Park
Situated on the south side of the Thames, facing Chelsea, Battersea Park caters for everyone within its 200-acre space. Firstly, there's lots of water - a lake for boating, ponds for admiring the wildlife, and the Thames along one side for general gazing purposes. More about Battersea Park
