The Ashes returns to Lord's with the second test of England's summer series against Australia. A week after the curtain-raiser at Cardiff, the historic cricket ground will host phase two of the eagerly anticipated five-game series. With England comprehensively outclassing the West Indies on home soil earlier in the summer, Andy Strauss' side will be confident of regaining the Ashes they so comprehensively lost two years ago Down Under. Australia are, of course, no West Indies, but the visitors come with their most inexperienced side in years with only five of the 16-man squad having featured in the 5-0 whitewash of the "Poms" two years ago. Inspired by the unforgettable home series win back in 2005, England will hope to regain some of their past glory and show the Aussies who really rules. A return to fitness for the talismanic Andy "Freddie" Flintoff is key, but this England side is an excellent blend of experience and flair, which should make this Lord's clash one to savour.
