Everyman Christmas Cinema In the lead up to Christmas Everyman Cinemas will be offering a season of enchanting festive films in the Old Vic Tunnels. Transformed in a winter wonderland, the cavernous tunnels will feature a volcanic lake, northern lights installation, falling snow and a state-of-the-art snow-capped cinema set amongst the trees of an alpine forest. Open both night and day, the cinema will provide a festive playground for families in the daytime, complete with giant woodland games, hot chocolates, snacks and magical films, while the evening will boast live music, intimate log cabin bars and food stalls that serve roasted chestnuts, home-made pizzas, mulled wine and hot cider. The line-up of films includes 'Home Alone', 'Back to the Future', 'Edward Scissorhands', 'Ghostbusters' and 'It's a Wonderful Life'.

About The Old Vic Tunnels

The Old Vic Tunnels are an underground labyrinth of tunnels that offer a unique venue space for club nights, gigs, exhibitions and film screenings in their underground cinema. Built especially to screen the UK premiere of Banksy's film Exit through the Gift Shop, the cinema now hosts a number of film festivals. More about The Old Vic Tunnels
