Father Christmas himself makes an appearance on Saturday 3rd November at 8am, when he will be the highlight of a colourful parade which passes through the streets of Knightsbridge. Live reindeer and entertainers complete the festive scene - so what if Christmas is still six weeks away. After a tour of the store, Father Christmas will take residence in his new location on the 4th floor. This year, avoid queuing when you visit Santa's grotto with its Sleeping Beauty theme and magic castle setting; book your 30 minute slot online at www.harrods.com. Harrods really goes to town during Christmas and the entire store has a festive makeover. On the 2nd Floor, for example, over 15,000 square feet have been dedicated to Christmas; if you can't find something at Santa's Toy Store you won't find it anywhere. Luckily it's not just the kids who get to play there; there truly is something for everyone. The stockings will be bulging after a trip to Mr Fayed's corner shop.
