Every week (weather permitting) hundreds and sometimes thousands of skaters take to the streets for this marshalled run around London. There's a sound system blaring out dance music on the back of a bike and a friendly, party atmosphere. This is an exhilarating start to any weekend.
The Friday Night Skate is only suitable for skaters with a medium or high level of experience - they go fast. However, there are monthly events which are much larger and cater for all levels of ability.
A fantastic idea, well-managed and extremely good fun.
