Stock up on indulgent Christmas ingredients when you go to GAIL's Xmas Party, the annual food event which returns to Hampstead on Saturday 12th December. Join the GAIL's bakery team who'll be setting up their stalls in Oriel Place, offering all manner of seasonal treats from mince pies to roasted chestnuts. As well as the traditional Christmas goodies and mulled wine to be sampled and snapped up, the local school choir will be there to get you in the festive mood. It's a fun family day out and one that's sure to give you some ideas for stocking fillers as well as tasty treats for stocking up the larder. In addition to this event in Hampstead GAIL's are hosting events at their stores in St John's Wood, Notting Hill and Battersea the Saturday beforehand, on 5th December.About GAIL's
Gail Stephens, founder of Baker and Spice and The Bread Factory - a small artisan bakery supplying London's top chefs - is the name behind GAIL's, a wonderful cake and bake shop with branches in Hampstead and Notting Hill. When Gail teamed up with Ran Avidan and Tom Molnar - who quit their management consulting jobs - in 2005, GAIL's on Hampstead High Street sprang up, bringing us high quality, chemical-free baked goods.
