Written by one of the UK's most famous playwrights, Noėl Coward, Hay Fever has been described as one of the greatest plays of the twentieth century. Originally produced in 1924, Hay Fever sees four guests arrive at a country house by the Thames expecting a civilised weekend of polite conversation and illicit love affairs. But famous actress Judith Bliss, her novelist husband and their two grown-up children are no ordinary hosts and, as confusion mounts, their unwitting guests are desperate to flee. The play was last showcased in 2006 and now directed by Howard Davies, Hay Fever returns to the stage starring Olivier award-winning actor Jeremy Northam, Lindsay Duncan and Peep Show's Olivia Colman.About Noel Coward Theatre
