At the high-street end of the department store, House of Fraser hasn't quite got the glitz of Harvey Nics or the history of Fortnum & Mason, however, their January sale will boast some huge reductions. As well as an extensive range of mainstream clothing for men, women and children, they also stock a run-of-the-mill range of homeware and cosmetics. This year the massive Oxford Street store will be full of bargains as the old stock is gradually sold off. So, whether it's perfumes or pants you're after, you have a good chance to find sale satisfaction here.
