I Think We Are AloneWith co-direction from Kathy Burke and Scott Graham, Sally Abbott's new play, I Think We Are Alone, comes to Stratford East this winter to celebrate the 25th anniversary of physical theatre company Frantic Assembly. Created in partnership with Theatre Royal Plymouth, the play examines our need for love and forgiveness by following four individuals going through tough times. Sisters Charlotte and Polly have been drifting apart but they're about to come together and clear the air over events that still haunt them from their younger years. Meanwhile, Josie is struggling with grief and Graham is considering letting someone in to fill the missing piece in his heart.

About Theatre Royal Stratford East

Theatre Royal Stratford East opened in 1884 and became the home of the Theatre Workshop Company in 1954. The first performance ever held here was 'Richelieu' by Lytton Strachey. Today the theatre has 450 seats and showcases new writing and ethnically diverse plays. More about Theatre Royal Stratford East
