Kate NashKate Nash will play an intimate Halloween-themed gig at the Hackney Picturehouse, as part of two low key London shows to play songs off her eagerly awaited third album. The 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' themed evening kicks off at 8pm with guests encouraged to dress in their Halloween finest. After bursting onto the scene thanks to canny online strategy, Nash made ripples amongst the MySpace generation with her debut album Made of Bricks in 2007. Three years on, Nash released her second album, My Best Friend Is You, which The Guardian noted as "substantial progression" and "a very pleasant surprise".
