A celebration of all things Cuban hits Soho this November with the launch of Latin Pulse at Floridita. Wardour Street's South American-themed bar and restaurant is clearing the decks for a special night dedicated to dance and music, promising an intoxicating and explosive cocktail of Latin flavas, passion and verve. Centrepiece to the celebrations are septuagenarian eight-piece Los Guayaberos (The Double Talkers), widely acknowledged as among Cuba's greatest and most enduring traditional bands, who start a 45-day residency at Floridita to mark the venue's fifth birthday. Entertainment also includes salsa dance classes with triple world champion Janet Fuentes, tango with Ivan Arandia and music from top DJs. What's more, cocktails start at £4.50 a pop and there's a special burger menu from £10. Entry also includes a welcome tipple, underlining the fact that Floridita is clearly the place for you to go if you're Havana party.
