- Visitor Information
The London Photo Festival is different to other festivals, exhibitions and galleries as it doesn' t evaluate applicants' images. Encouraging the showcase of all photography enthusiasts - whether they're an amateur, semi-professional or just mad about photography - they promise to display your work, as long as it's not illegal or offensive that is. Hosted in a relaxed gallery environment, it aims to showcase up and coming talent and to build a photographers' nexus to share skills and information. Taking place in The Crypt within St George the Martyr , the event is free to the public and images are for sale.
About St George the Martyr
The church of St George the Martyr has strong associations with Charles Dickens, whose father was imprisoned for debt in the Marshalsea Prison. The surviving wall of the prison adjoins the north side of the churchyard. More about St George the Martyr
