More At The Hall Summer SeriesFrom jazz in the Caf Consort to comedy and classical concerts in the Elgar Room, the Royal Albert Hall's More at the Hall summer series offers a wide range of free and excellent value activities outside the prestigious venue's main auditorium. Highlights include a five-night residency from Alexandra Burke in June singing Billie Holiday songs, a night of collaborations between UK beatboxing champion Reeps One and some of his favourite artists, and Catrin Finch, the former harpist of H.R.H the Prince of Wales, performing her own arrangement of Bach's Goldberg Variations. Also taking part at the 350-capacity Elgar Room are Classical Coffee Mornings (on Sundays), Late Night Jazz (on Thursdays), regular comedy nights (from the likes of Andrew Laxwell, Neil Innes and Pete Firman) and numerous one-off shows (including The Coronas and Amy Dickson). At the Hall's Caf Consort, visitors can enjoy free Ignite lunchtime gigs on Fridays and musical Ignite brunches on Sundays. The free exhibition series Reflect hosts three art, photography and installation exhibitions on special open days at the Hall.
