This pop up restaurant is a marriage made in eco heaven. Add together the green credentials of Jo Wood, Arthur Potts and the Soil Association and what do you get? Mrs Paisley's Lashings, a very special restaurant where the environmental impact of each component has been carefully considered. With Acorn House Arthur has already proved his expertise when it comes to environmental matters and Jo's organic skincare range, Jo Wood Organics, gives ethical beauty a whole new glamour. At their restaurant - at Jo's house in Kingston - you can dine safe in the knowledge that your meal has been created using ingredients grown by Jo and Arthur in Jo's garden, locally sourced where possible or from considerate producers around the country. Open for dinner for two weeks in the summer, the restaurant has been well timed to coincide with key social occasions in London like Wimbledon and the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
