These Summer performances of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' are simply perfection. Shakespeare's gorgeous, frivolous, mystical fantasy combined with a warm Summer evening in Regent's Park, is a dreamlike, joyous experience. An ideal way to introduce kids to Shakespeare, and the perfect way to see one of the finest,funniest plays ever written, performed as it was intended to be: under the midsummer stars, surrounded by stunning English parkland. This production offers the further attraction of Russ Abbot as Bottom, the clownish carpenter who attracts the attention of the Queen of the Faeries.
