Orange Prize ReadingsThis is a chance to hear all of the authors shortlisted for the Orange Prize reading from their novels at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. While the shortlist for this year's literary prize, awarded for the best novel in English by a woman, has yet to be announced you can expect to hear some highly talented writers. The 2009 judging panel is headed by broadcaster Fi Glover while BBC World News presenter Mishal Husain oversees the Orange Award for New Writers judging panel. Previous winners of the prize include Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Anne Michaels and, last year's winner, Rose Tremain for 'The Road Home'.
