Out to Lunch at Cadogan HallThe Nathan Haines Quintet kicks off the Out to Lunch series of free lunchtime jazz concerts at Cadogan Hall this summer. Every Thursday from 4th July until 29th August you can listen to free jazz in the Culford Room of the classical music concert hall off Sloane Square and pick up lunch for just £6. Highlights of the nine-week run include appearances from Ian Shaw, who won 'Best Jazz Vocalist' at the BBC Jazz Awards in 2007 and 2004, and the Andy Davies Quartet, the house band at Ronnie Scott's on a Wednesday. On the final Thursday, bassist Dave Green teams up with pianist Gareth Williams to explore the sounds of Bill Evans and Scott Lafaro - about whom Dave recently made a documentary for the BBC.

About Cadogan Hall

Cadogan Hall opened its doors on 18th June 2004 with a surprising lack of fanfare but is making up for that with a year of 10th anniversary celebrations in 2014. The former Church of Christ Scientist is home to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the least elitist of London's major orchestras. More about Cadogan Hall
