Described as the perfect event for anybody studying or working in the performing arts sector, Perform 2013 offers help and advice from various industry professionals under one roof. Held at Olympia, over 50 exhibitors are on hand to discuss various career path opportunities and developments in the sector. New features to the 2013 edition include The Space, which enables visitors to watch interviews and live demonstrations, and Teachers Area , which provides a place to network, as well as hear about drama teaching. Seminars and workshops on offer make this a great chance to head down with fellow students or colleagues and keep up to date with the industry.
If you are getting to the show via train, the District line will take you to Kensington (Olympia) Tube Station, which is directly opposite the venue. Those travelling from outside London and beyond will find our list of hotels near Perform 2013 handy.
About Olympia
Times have changed since the Olympia first flung open it doors to the public on Boxing Day 1886 for the Hippodrome Circus, with the promise of a spectacle involving 400 performers, 300 horses and six "funny" elephants. These days state-of-the-art equipment and a team of skilled in-house technical and support staff are on hand to help event organisers provide both trade and public shows that are top of their class.
