Just when you thought things couldn't get even worse for Peter Andre, the cross-dressing cage fighter who seemingly stole his ex-wife from under his nose went and wowed the public with a winning turn in this year's Celebrity Big Brother. Still, Andre's split with Jordan doesn't seem to have done his career any harm - his new album Revelation reached the top 5 and the singer has carved out a successful TV presenting career - while public opinion seems to deem Andre well shot of the manipulative and surly former topless model who he wooed in the celebrity jungle four and a half years back. The rather contrived way in which Katie Price and Alex Reid tied the knot further backs that up, but neglects the fact that the effortlessly affable Andre still has two children with the ample-breasted money-making tabloid temptress and has been clearly hurt by the whole ordeal. Redemption, Andre's sixth studio album, was naturally inspired by his very public (not to mention humiliating) divorce, and these gigs at The O2 Arena's IndigO2 venue and the Hammersmith Apollo are part of a sold-out UK tour with former X-Factor finalist Laura White. Andre will also plug his new album of cover versions, Unconditional: Love Songs.
