This unusual exhibition is a celebration of London and the artists who have lived and worked in the city by one of Britain's best-loved artists, Sir Peter Blake, who is widely regarded as the Godfather of British Pop Art. To mark the artist's 80th birthday, The Fine Art Society, a gallery he has been visiting for years, invited Blake to choose a selection of works from the gallery's holdings. Things I Love is the somewhat surprising result a display of works by artists who have inspired him which covers three floors - and not a piece of Pop Art in sight. It's also the first time in the gallery's long history - it has been in business over 130 years - that the exhibition space and storerooms have been taken over by an artist in such a way. The selection is a unique insight into the mind of one of the best known British artists living today.
