Pop Up BakeryFollowing the resounding success of Fortnum and Mason's Pop Up Bakery, which featured the likes of Mark Hix and Paul Hollywood, its run has been extended from 16th-28th April. In aid of Bowel Cancer UK, the pop up bakery will serve a number of high fibre recipes created by Sharpham Park and a number of famous foodies. Matt Tebbutt, Mark Hix, Luca Hollweg, Sophie Michell and Gizzi Erskine will showcase their recipes in a series of in-store classes, events and talks. Highlighting the important of a high fibre diet, the menu has been selected from Great British Spelt Recipes, an online collection collated by Sharpham Park and Bowel Cancer UK, and will include treats such as chocolate sables, spelt with squid and herbs, lemon sherbet spelt biscuits, and cinnamon kringle bread.

About Fortnum & Mason

The Royal Family's favourite food hall, Fortnum & Mason is one of the oldest and most famous stores in Piccadilly, if not the capital. After 300 years of trading, this historic department has a pre-war gentility; its gilded furnishings and exquisitely wrapped produce offer an appealing anachronism in today's modern age of convenience.
