The Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts, Britain's biggest indoor sporting event, makes its debut at The O2 Arena. Last year, James Wade made off with the £125,000 prize money after winning the tournament, which is played from February through to May at various venues around the UK. Before Wade was crowned champion, Phil "The Power" Taylor had a 44-match unbeaten stretch which saw him win the first four Premier League trophies. Taylor, Wade and an even bigger prize fund will be back in action this year as the competition visits the London venue, for the first time in its five-year history, for four games. It remains to be seen if The O2 can provide the same atmosphere as established darts venues The Lakeside or Ally Pally, but there's only one way to find out.
