Providores and Prudence

Be one of just 90 people to experience a unique pop-up restaurant brought to you by The Providores and Sipsmith Independent Spirits. Held over three nights in March at the Sipsmith Distillery in Hammersmith, this "six courses, six spirits" bonanza tasting menu is brought to you by the people behind Marylebone's delicious New Zealand fusion-food shrine, The Providores. Each of the six delectable courses will be accompanied by a special matching Sipsmith spirit, hand-crafted in the independent distillery's bespoke copper-pot still called Prudence. The first of its kind in London for nearly 200 years, Prudence has two signature drinks in London Dry Gin and Barley Vodka, and will be put into good use to create some perfect partners for each of the Providores's special dishes (amongst the rare treats is a fiery Wasabi vodka). Anyone who has set foot in the popular award-winning Providores will vouch for its deliciously original food - and the prospect of devouring these delicacies in a unique setting and with a spirited twist should mean tickets for this exclusive event will snapped up pronto (despite the seemingly hefty price tag).
