Robin HoodThe Greenwich Theatre teams up with Andrew Pollard again for another cracking Christmas panto, this time set in Sherwood Forest. The hero in tights swings into action, followed by his band of Merry Men. Stealing from the heartless Sheriff of Nottingham and giving to the poor, whilst trying to win the heart of the lovely Maid Marian. The production has received rave reviews and manages to squeeze plenty of fresh laughs from an old classic. Pollard stars as Maid Marian's Nanny in the family
panto, which tells the action-packed story of how the evil Sheriff Of
Nottingham once tried to trick Robin Hood by announcing an archery
competition.

About Greenwich Theatre

The Greenwich Theatre has had a long and complicated past. The building which houses the theatre was originally two houses flanking the Rose and Crown public house, and at one time was the Rose and Crown Music Hall. Over the centuries it has also been a warehouse, a cinema, a music hall, and a scenery store. More about Greenwich Theatre
