Santa & His HuskiesExperience the magic of a festive visit to Father Christmas and his huskies at WWT London Wetland Centre this December where they've brought in two husky sleighs to reduce the queues that this popular event attracts. Children (age eight and under) can enjoy a free husky sleigh ride and have their photos taken with the cuddly dogs as a special seasonal souvenir. New for 2013 is the Winter Wetland Show which explains the science behind our coldest season, tales from a Polar explorer, and Craneberry Fest decoration making. A visit to Santa's Grotto means you'll also get to enjoy a wintery stroll around the scenic walkways set amongst the lakes, meadows and ponds of this 105-acre wildlife oasis in Barnes.

About WWT London Wetland Centre

A mosaic of created wetland habitats spread over 43 hectares, developed on the site of a disused Victorian reservoir, forms the site of the London Wetland Centre. Wander around and explore the wetlands, but also make sure you include The Peter Scott Visitor Centre in your trip. More about WWT London Wetland Centre
