Celebrating three years of London's biggest and best retro club night, Dollyrocker presents this special anniversary Shake, Rattle & Bowl at Bloomsbury Bowling. Come dressed for the occasion in suitably vintage attire - think Happy Days meets Pulp Fiction via the local Oxfam - and arrive early to book a bowling lane or two with friends. Resident Buttoned Down Disco DJs Christian Lang and Barbarella, plus duo The Dirty DeeTees, play rock 'n' roll, soul, Motown, freakbeat, ska, garage rock and psychedelic grooves while Lady Luck's El Nino and friends take to the decks in the Kingpin suite with rhythm 'n' blues all night long. The student union-esque bar at Bloomsbury Bowling is pretty cheap and there's a good selection of American diner classics to keep hunger at bay. As well as libation, dressing-up, food, bowling and dancing, there will be the handing out of birthday balloons, free badges, cake, party poppers - plus retro films showing in the private cinema entrance.
