We will definitely have lost in Wales a month previously, and quite possibly against Ireland at Croke Park at the end of February. So to follow that with a defeat at Twickenham against the old foe would in all likelihood spell an ignominious end for one of England's greatest ever sporting heroes. Rugby fans aren't like football fans, however, and there'll be no booing from the stands, just a mighty roar, willing the team to rise above themselves and save their reputations. All eyes will be on fearsome French No8 Sebastian Chabal, the longhaired, bearded caveman. |
