Spitting ImageThis exhibition at the Cartoon Museum will feature cartoons, caricatures, puppets, teapots and other weird and wonderful ephemera from the phenomenon which was Spitting Image, the hugely popular 1980s television satire programme that utilised huge rubber puppets of the era's leading politicians and personalities. The exhibition celebrates the 30th anniversary of the programme and also includes pictures and pottery created by Fluck & Law, the geniuses who created Spitting Image.

About The Cartoon Museum

Combining art with humour, this addition to London's museum-cum-gallery scene is refreshingly vibrant. From political cartoons of Thatcher, Brown, Bush and Blair to rare originals on loan from The Beano, The Dandy and Topper, The Cartoon Museum is a place for reminiscing over childhood favourites whilst contemplating cartooning controversies of recent years.
