Steadman at 77British cartoonist Ralph Steadman, best known for his work with 'Fear and Loathing...' author Hunter S. Thompson has illustrated such classics as 'Alice in Wonderland', 'Treasure Island' and 'Animal Farm'. The illustrator, who starred in For No Good Reason, a documentary made about his laudable life and career which premiered at the 2012 London Film Festival, is the subject of a retrospective exhibition, Steadman at 77, at the London Cartoon Museum in 2013.

About The Cartoon Museum

Combining art with humour, this addition to London's museum-cum-gallery scene is refreshingly vibrant. From political cartoons of Thatcher, Brown, Bush and Blair to rare originals on loan from The Beano, The Dandy and Topper, The Cartoon Museum is a place for reminiscing over childhood favourites whilst contemplating cartooning controversies of recent years.
