Spring is coming and with that comes warmer weather, fewer clothes and the need to start shifting those excess winter pounds. So, for one day only, Miele are helping Londoners kick start the detox with their pop up restaurant, Steam. The world's first calorie-neutral restaurant, Steam ensures that diners offset their calorie footprint by not only treating them (dining is free) to healthy steamed dishes, but also inviting them to explore innovative ways to burn calories. The ninety minute seating will see diners tuck into tasty but healthy dishes created by award-winning chef Frederick Forster, an example being beef fillet with a beansprout salad, and then shown how to effectively workout to offset the amount of calories that have been consumed.
