Taking inspiration from its current Super Contemporary exhibition, the Design Museum is running several Super Contemporary - Celebrate Your City! family workshops in June and July on the 'city of the future' theme. This one, taking place on Sunday 26th July (2pm-5pm), asks participants what they would build to celebrate their city. Once you've imagined your ideal parks and playgrounds you'll get the chance to make your own 3D model of what you envisage. The Design Museum has put the same question to top designers like Paul Smith - and you can see what they came up with in the Super Contemporary exhibition. Booking is essential for the workshops which take place in the Design Museum Space however the ticket also gets you into the exhibition.
