Syon House, the west London home of the Duke of Northumberland, and the surrounding grounds of Syon Park are lit up by an impressive flurry of fireworks on 5th November. Every school child knows the 'Gunpowder, Treason and Plot' tale of Guy Fawkes which, each year, is traditionally marked by a fireworks display as the events of the 4th November 1605 and the days following are remembered. Gates to Syon Park open at 7pm so get there in time for the explosive start at 8pm.
